We perform efficiency studies about internal logistics of any factory using our 3D simulation software. Thanks to our knowledge of the industry and how cardboard production factories work, we can create a digital twin of your factory based on real data and achieve an almost exact replica of all processes. In this way, we can run stress tests, simulations, machinery changes, and worker rotation, etc... in a virtual environment to later implement them at the real factory.
With accurate information, we can recreate changes to your facilities, such as adding or changing machinery, replacing a flat warehouse with a vertical one or redesigning the current layout. Once these scenarios have been planned, we calculate the improvements to your factory’s annual performance and provide reliable data for future investments.
